Objective:

The Solution Architect will lead the development and delivery of high-quality, innovative software solutions that align with Neural Technologies’ strategic goals in telecommunications and related sectors. The role requires ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying software solutions, ensuring the use of best practices and adherence to project timelines.

• Software Development Life Cycle: Manage the entire software development life cycle, from designing, planning, and requirements gathering to development, testing, and deployment.

• Innovation and Strategy: Drive innovation by integrating advanced technologies such as modular software design into solutions

• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions that provide value.

• Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor rigorous quality assurance processes, ensuring that all software meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve development processes, leveraging feedback and new technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly report to senior leadership on project progress, challenges, and opportunities for innovation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:

Hard Skills:

• Expertise in scalable and modular software architecture.

• Proficient in Java (JavaSE 6+), Spring, SQL (Oracle/MySQL), CSS, JavaScript/AJAX, JQuery, Hibernate, Maven, Git/SVN, UI/UX design.

• Experience with DevOps (CI/CD), Docker, Kubernetes (preferred).

• Knowledge of software testing and automation frameworks.

• Telecom or revenue protection domain experience is advantageous.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.

• Analytical and innovative problem-solving skills.

• Effective collaborator within cross-functional teams.

• Adaptability in dynamic project environments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in software development, with 3+ years managing teams.

• Strong proficiency with Java, Spring Framework, RESTful APIs, Web Services (WSDL).

• Practical knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL.

• Experience in NoSQL technologies (Aerospike, KeyDB).

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
