Business transformation is a change management strategy which can be defined as any shift, realignment, or fundamental change in business operations. The aim is to make changes to processes, people, or systems (technology) to better align the company with its business strategy and vision with Machine Learning (ML) / Artificial Intelligence (AI) as the core approach, two advanced technologies with the power to transform the way businesses operate and humans interact.

The business process transformation team will help to transform:

• Operational: Making changes to the way you do things to make operations better, faster, or cheaper
• Core transformation: Moving to a fundamentally different way of operating
• Strategic Changing the very essence of the company to a new focus

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics/ Mathematics/ Accounting/ Industrial Engineering/ Business Management
• Min GPA 3.5
• Min 3 years of experience in one or more of the following functions: business transformation, strategy, project management, or process improvement
• Recognizing areas for improvement within operations, identify and implement necessary changes to enable a business to perform to its optimum ability by review new and existing processes, resources, and systems, making and overseeing any changes, and can encompass both the business and ML/AI side
• Review new and existing processes, resources, and systems, making and overseeing any changes to the company
• Gather information from external parties to understand industry landscape
• Create and maintain project and program specification for requirements, resourcing, work streams, schedules, milestone, and risks
• Act as point of contact between different departments within the company and relevant third parties.
• Identify any risks regarding changes and develop a strategy to overcome or address these
• Implement any changes sensitively and with minimal disruption.
• Create a system to evaluate the success of any adjustments made within the organization and present any findings.
• Overseeing all areas of a business, implementing any operational changes and delivering measurable improvements.
