About the customer:

Our client is a hospitality business located in Gianyar, Bali, offering exceptional guest experiences in a serene and culturally rich environment. They are seeking a skilled Finance & Accounting Manager to manage financial operations, reporting, compliance, and planning to support their growing hospitality operations.

Job Summary:

The Finance & Accounting Manager will oversee all aspects of financial operations, including bookkeeping, payroll, tax compliance, reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management. The role requires strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting and tax regulations, along with experience managing financial aspects of HR operations within hospitality.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations (bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, payments, invoicing).

  • Manage monthly and quarterly financial reporting for leadership and stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and reporting requirements.

  • Lead budget planning and forecasting processes across projects and departments.

  • Work with external accountants and tax advisors as needed.

  • Support cash flow management and long-term financial planning.

  • Oversee financial aspects of employment contracts (PKWT/PKWTT), BPJS registrations, and HR compliance processes.

  • Manage payroll and employee benefits administration.

  • Support HR Lead in recruitment and onboarding processes related to financial compliance.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (spoken & written).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry.

  • Proven experience in payroll and tax management in Indonesia.

  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting.

  • Experience managing finance & accounting across multiple entities or holding companies is a plus.

  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor and tax laws.

  • Must be domiciled in Bali, or willing to relocate.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, Odoo, Talenta, etc).

For this position, the client’s budget is between 15.000.000 – 20.000.000 /month
