About the role

As the Night Supervisor at PT. Elevate Property Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and seamless operation of our Villa in the vibrant destination of Bali. Working in a full-time capacity, you will be responsible for overseeing the night shift and ensuring our guests receive the exceptional service they expect from our renowned hospitality brand.

What you’ll be doing

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the night shift team, including front desk, concierge, and security personnel

2. Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise

3. Oversee the property’s security and safety procedures, ensuring the well-being of our guests and staff

4. Manage the room inventory and reservations, making necessary adjustments to accommodate guest needs

5. Assist with the preparation of daily reports and maintain accurate records of all night shift activities

6. Provide support and guidance to the night shift team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

7. Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition and continuity of operations

What we’re looking for

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or resort setting

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and team members

3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and respond quickly to changing situations

4. Proficient in using hotel management software and technology to manage operations

5. Proven track record of leading and motivating a team, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service

6. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, and proficiency in the local language is highly desirable
