To support our rapid expansion, we are looking for an experienced Listing & Sales Manager with a proven track record in sourcing real estate for property management, not for sale.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall strategy for identifying and acquiring new real estate objects (villas, mini-hotels, apartment complexes) for our management portfolio.

  • Simultaneously manage multiple acquisition channels — offline direct scouting and monitoring of online platforms.

  • Work closely with our Scouting Manager as part of a high-performing acquisition team.

  • Conduct due diligence, verification, and analysis of potential properties.

  • Initiate and maintain contact with property owners, investors, and clients, presenting our services in a compelling and professional manner to bring them under our management.

  • Fully understand our product and immerse yourself in the value proposition we offer.

  • Maintain and update a database of leads and client interactions, and track the effectiveness of various acquisition channels.

  • Build a real estate partner network — collaborate with agencies, local contractors, notaries, technical inspection companies, and others via our referral program.

  • Identify new agencies and partners to join our referral system.

  • Consistently meet and exceed KPIs.


Requirements

  • Mandatory: At least 1 year of experience as a Listing Manager specifically in a property management company (not real estate sales agencies).

  • Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — able to build rapport quickly and represent the company with charisma and professionalism.

  • Strong research and analysis skills for property evaluation and market scouting.

  • Experience with CRM systems, Excel, Google Sheets, and working with structured databases.

  • Initiative-driven, proactive, and independent — able to find solutions and drive tasks without constant oversight.

  • Negotiation and business correspondence skills.

  • Persistent, detail-oriented, flexible, and creative — able to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking someone ready to grow with us and take ownership of their role. This is not a position for someone looking to coast on a base salary. We need a self-starter with industry knowledge, strong sales instincts, and a clear understanding of our product and market.

We have already interviewed several candidates from real estate sales backgrounds and identified that their skill sets and strategic approaches do not align with our needs. We are ONLY considering candidates who have worked in similar roles within property management companies.
