Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor degree with a minimum of 10 years working experience or Diploma degree with minimum 12 years working experience in Supply Base for oil and gas industry or mining industry

• Must have understanding on managing supply base and offshore operations from receiving activity, storing & preservation, cargo handling, and shipment

• Must have skill and experience on HSE leadership, dangerous goods transport, handling and storage, lifting and slinging appreciation

• Familiar with and have a good knowledge of ISO 14001 Environmental Management System

• Familiar with and have a strong knowledge of Materials & Cargo Management, Vessel Management and Tools, equipment & CCU

• Familiar with and have a strong knowledge of Fuel Management

• Familiar with goods, equipment and tools for supply base in oil and gas industry and drilling operations

• Familiar with and have a good knowledge of handling and managing hazardous waste as per applicable Indonesia’s regulation

• Demonstrate the ability to work with personnel at various level within the organization and across a variety of culture

• Self-motivated and possess analytical skill

• Self starter and high initiative

• Computer literate is a must

• Must have good communication in English and BAHASA both spoken and written

Responsibilities:

• Under the direction of the CONTRACTOR’s Project Leader, be in charge of the CONTRACTOR’s activity for Supply Base operations

• Must have understanding on managing supply base and offshore operations from receiving activity, storing & preservation, cargo handling, and shipment

• Ensure a good Communication, be proactive to improve and solve the problem and also implement the procedure within the operational

• Together with superior, to develop, review and re-check operational standard (procedure manual/work instruction)

• Make sure that all process run effectively, efficiently and follow the rules, procedures and instructions

• Make sure that all report needed by customer can be provided on time and comply with the requirement of customer KPI

• Prepare Daily and weekly activity report. If found any problems during the activity will be discussed with superior and team to get the solution

• Participate in doing a sustainable improvement with the team to get improve activity and teamwork in logistics team

• Be Pro-active in case any additional task from superior or customer based on customer requirement or customer need

• Do all the activities related in Cargo management, fuel, waste, vessel and CCU and also for report and record for the data and activity

• Have duty of ensuring the team to the work procedure, safety regulation of BP and also coordinate if any problems during the work, also comply with the reporting and recording activity

• Coordinate with other department, superior and customer in case any problems during the activity in term of system or daily activity. Report to the superior or customer if any problems cannot be solved with the team in term of logistics team

• Report the activity of cargo movement, vessel movement on both daily and monthly basis, manage the fuel on large activity both daily and monthly, make a daily and monthly report of CCU

• Use a standard PPE during fuel transfer operation and inside fuel pump area

• Understand and follow the HSE policy, manual and procedures in work area

• Follow HSE program such as training, exercise, drill schedule, HSE Inspection, and emergency procedures to meet with HSE safety plan
