About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Supervisor E-Commerce to join our dynamic team at PT Aroma Prima Livindo. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the company’s e-commerce operations, ensuring we deliver an exceptional online shopping experience for our customers. This is a full-time position based in Cipondoh Banten.

What you’ll be doing

1. Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and customer service

2. Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and optimise the overall performance of our e-commerce channels

3. Analyse website analytics and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions

4. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve

5. Provide regular reports and recommendations to management on e-commerce performance and strategies

6. Mentor and develop a team of e-commerce specialists to foster a culture of continuous improvement

What we’re looking for

1. Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce management or a related field

2. Proven track record of successfully managing and growing e-commerce operations, with a focus on driving sales and improving customer experience

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

5. Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, marketing tools, and data analysis software

6. Up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce trends, best practices, and industry regulations

7. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

8. Able to work shifting
