Description

As a Senior Manager Support Services, your main responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing and managing day-to-day support services to ensure smooth operational workflows.
• Developing and implementing strategies to optimise resource allocation and efficiency.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align support functions with organisational goals.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Managing vendor relationships to maintain quality service delivery.
• Preparing and presenting reports on operational metrics and performance indicators.
• Identifying areas for process improvement and driving initiatives to enhance service delivery.
• Providing leadership and guidance to the support services team.

Profile

A successful Senior Manager Support Services should have:

• Proven 15+ years expertise in managing support services within the energy & natural resources industry.
• A strong understanding of operational processes and resource management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fluent in Mandarin speaking.
• Experience in leading teams and driving performance improvements.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• An analytical mindset to assess and improve operational efficiency.
• A degree in a relevant field such as business administration or operations management.
