About the role

PT Interpak Industries Batam is seeking a talented Design Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating impactful visual designs that support the company’s branding and marketing initiatives. Based in Batam Riau Islands, this position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our growing Graphic Design operations.

What you’ll be doing

• Conceptualise and produce high-quality graphic designs for a variety of print and digital mediums, for cardbox, offset, etc.

• Collaborate closely with business development, production and quality assurance to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to continuously enhance the visual appeal of our materials

• Provide design support and guidance to other team members as needed

• Proactively seek feedback and implement revisions to designs

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Graphic Design role for cardbox and offset, preferably in a fast-paced, creative environment

• Proficiency in using design software such as Corel Draw, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), etc.

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout

• Excellent creative and conceptual thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities

• Excellent time management and organisational skills
