We are looking for an experienced and driven Growth Product Manager to join our team in Singapore. You will be instrumental in a mission to lead our organic growth strategy by leveraging data, technical expertise, and a passion for product innovation.

You’ll partner with our engineering, marketing, and content teams to ensure our websites are optimized for search engines and our users, driving our SEO dominance in the market.

Here’s how you’ll be contributing:

• Drive product-led growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities at all stages of the customer lifecycle: acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Analyze user behavior, leveraging quantitative and qualitative insights to uncover growth barriers and new opportunities.
• Design and execute experiments (A/B tests, onboarding flows, upsell/cross-sell tactics) to improve key metrics: activation rate, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, design, and customer success teams to align on product growth strategies.
• Optimize the product roadmap and onboarding experience to increase product usage, reduce churn, and maximize revenue.
• Own and track growth metrics, regularly report on progress, and communicate findings to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, computer science, data analytics, etc.).
• 4–10 years’ experience in product management, growth marketing, or a related domain; Digital Product Management.
• Proven ability to analyze data sets, user funnels, and metrics to inform product decisions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills: able to present findings clearly and align teams.
• Familiarity with design thinking, agile methodologies, and product experimentation frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in analytics, A/B testing tools, and data visualization platforms.

It’s Great if You Have

• Experience in the real estate or classifieds industry.
• A strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools such as SQL, Python.
• Experience with a global or multi-regional product.
• Previous experience driving growth in SaaS, real estate, classifieds, marketplace, or consumer tech environments.
• Demonstrated success scaling products and driving measurable business outcomes through growth initiatives.
• Managed business product at meaningful scale 10M+ ARR
