Working Location: PT Professional Technology Specialist
The QAQC Executive (based in Batam) is responsible for managing the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO standards, while also supporting quality control (QC) activities within the laboratory. The role involves developing and maintaining policies and procedures, coordinating audits, ensuring compliance, and assisting in quality control checks for testing processes to uphold the company’s high standards in metal testing services.
Job Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other applicable standards.

Develop, review, and update quality policies, procedures, SOPs, and work instructions.

Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including documentation preparation and follow-up on corrective/preventive actions.

Conduct internal quality audits and ensure adherence to QMS requirements.

Support management reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide training and guidance to staff on quality policies and procedures.

Assist in quality control (QC) activities, including inspection and verification of test processes.

Document and report non-conformities, customer complaints, quality incidents, ensuring timely resolution.

Work with laboratory teams to ensure compliance with ISO 17025 requirements for testing and calibration.
Job Requirements:

Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Science, or related discipline.

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or related roles (experience in laboratory or testing environment preferred).

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001; familiarity with ISO 17025 (laboratory quality and competence) will be an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
