Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the testing of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products is conducted according to the specified standards to guarantee compliance with the desired specifications and quality.

• Ensure that routine maintenance and servicing of production equipment are carried out properly to ensure smooth operations.

• Ensure that all products produced meet the established quality standards and comply with applicable regulations in the cosmetic industry, both in terms of raw materials, production processes, and the final product.

• Check daily, weekly, or monthly reports related to production performance, raw material usage, and project progress.

• Ensure the implementation of Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) procedures in accordance with applicable standards.

• Manage all activities related to the research and development of new cosmetic products, formula innovation, and the development of more efficient production processes, while maintaining high quality standards, safety, and compliance with market trends and applicable regulations.

• Design and provide training and development programs for all factory employees to ensure understanding of safety standards, quality requirements, and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the cosmetic or manufacturing industry, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred.

• Have experience in cosmetic formulation processes, both new product development and reformulation.

• Have good Knowledge of Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) procedures.

• In-depth understanding of cosmetic production processes, industry regulations, Halal, CPKB, CPPKRTB, and other GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.

• Proficiency in production software is highly valued and will be considered an advantage.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
