What you’ll be doing

  • Monitor and supervise the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards, maintain consistent product quality, and prevent defects.

  • Collect data and report quality deviations in the production process. Provide corrective action recommendations to address nonconformities immediately and prevent further impact on production.

  • Communicate with the production team about implementing quality standards and corrective actions to improve product quality. Ensure that operators understand and can implement quality standards properly.

  • Perform root cause analysis and continuous improvement to prevent the recurrence of quality problems and improve the effectiveness of the production process.

  • Perform verification and validation of production process parameters in accordance with predetermined standards to ensure each production stage runs optimally and produces products that meet specifications.

  • Coordinate with the quality control team to test and inspect product quality during the production process, supporting the implementation of overall quality control and ensuring that the final product meets specifications.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably within the manufacturing industry

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality-related issues

  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
