Position: Product Development Decorative

Work Location: Alam Sutera, Tangerang

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in a science-related field
Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in product development, preferably in the makeup/decorative category
Prior experience in the manufacturing or beauty industry is a strong advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong communication skills and fluent in English (written & spoken)

Job Responsibilities:

Create and develop innovative decorative product concepts: conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and gaps in the decorative/makeup category. Translate insights into creative and competitive product ideas.
Innovate across formula, packaging, and product experience : collaborate with R&D, packaging, and creative teams to develop standout products—from unique formulas to eye-catching designs that align with brand identity.
Engage internal and external stakeholders for insight-driven development: coordinate with marketing, sales, and end-users to gather feedback and insights that inform product decisions and improve customer satisfaction.
Generate and share comprehensive product knowledge: support product launches by preparing detailed documentation, training materials, and product briefs to ensure all teams are aligned.
Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies: monitor competitors, attend industry events, and explore emerging technologies or raw materials to keep our products relevant and innovative.
Support product testing and quality evaluation: assist in the execution of consumer testing, lab trials, and stability assessments to ensure product safety, efficacy, and market readiness.
