Get to know the role 

As a Teacher at CURIOOKids Indonesia, you will be instrumental in shaping the intellectual and social development of our learners. You will create engaging lessons, manage the classroom, and ensure a positive, nurturing, and stimulating environment for students.
 

Day-to-day responsibilities include:  

• Manage the classroom environment, ensuring students are engaged and all necessary supplies are prepared.

• Develop and improve lesson plans tailored to the needs of young learners.

• Create educational and engaging activities that inspire and excite children.

• Maintain a safe, fun, and nurturing learning environment.

• Participate in recruitment events, school fairs, open houses, and other promotional activities.

• Build strong relationships with parents to support student growth and development.

• Monitor, track, and help students improve their skills and knowledge.

• Collaborate with the team and contribute to marketing activities.

• Utilise data analytics to identify and solve problems in the classroom.
   

Required Characteristics: 

• Understand about child developmental stage

• Thrives under pressure and maintains a positive attitude.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

• Team player with a growth mindset and a ‘Can do’ attitude.

• Problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Applicant Criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Psychology, PGSD, Computer Science

• Minimum 2+ years of teaching experience at the Kindergarten/Primary level.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

  • Willing to work full-time and be placed in AEON Deltamas Mall, Cikarang Pusat.
