Responsibilities

• Host and manage live stream sessions on TikTok, Shopee, and other e-commerce platforms, effectively showcasing products and engaging with the audience.

• Develop a deep understanding of our product range to communicate features and benefits compellingly and authentically during live streams.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute live stream themes, scripts, and promotional strategies that align with brand goals and sales targets.

• Monitor audience feedback and engagement, adapting your presentation style and content to maximize viewer interest and interaction.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in live streaming and e-commerce, implementing innovative ideas to enhance viewer experience and brand presence.

Requirements

• A charismatic personality with excellent verbal communication skills. Fluency in Indonesian and proficiency in English is preferred.

• Experience in live streaming, hosting, or related fields. A background in e-commerce or sales is a plus.

• Strong understanding of social media and e-commerce platforms, with an ability to adapt to different digital environments.

• A self-motivated, enthusiastic individual with a high level of energy and ability to engage an audience for extended periods.

• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and resilience. The ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments is crucial.

• Prior experience in the Mom & Baby industry, or a strong interest in related products, will be highly regarded.
