As a Store Supervisor at PT. SHOLIN LESTARI INDONESIA’, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores in the Tangerang Regency Banten area. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless and efficient running of our stores, while also fostering a positive and engaging customer experience.

Jobs & Responsibilities:

1. Store Operational Supervision and Management :

   • Supervisors ensure that all store operations run smoothly, from receiving goods and arranging products to customer service.

   • Overseeing the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling to ensure smooth store operations.

   • Collaborating with the Assistant GM to implement company policies, procedures, and initiatives

   • Preparing sales reports: Preparing periodic sales reports and submitting them to management.

2. Inventory Management: Manages stock availability according to customer demand, conducts regular stock checks, and places orders when necessary.

3. Maintains Store Cleanliness and Orderliness:
   Locates the store in a clean, tidy, and comfortable area for customers.

4. Store Layout:
   Arranges products and store fixtures to ensure they are attractive and easily accessible to customers.

5. Store Security:

   • Monitors store security, prevents loss of goods, and documents any security issues.

   • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and security regulations

6. Helps Employees Achieve Sales Targets:

   • Provides direction, motivation, and training to employees to achieve their respective sales targets.

   • Coaching, training, and developing the store team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding service

   • Monitoring employee performance: Regularly monitoring employee performance and providing feedback.

7. Sales Strategy Development to Achieve Sales Target :

   • Ensures store sales achieve the targets set by management through social media, e-commerce, in-house sales.

   • Create weekly & monthly plans & budgetary also implements sales strategies to attract customers and increase sales using live streaming promotion & sales any others media.

   • Monitoring and analyzing store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance operational efficiency

8. Customer Service:

   • Expressing customer satisfaction: Expressing satisfaction with the store’s service.

   • Providing the best service and exceptional customer service & resolving customer inquiries & complaints by providing friendly, polite, and professional manner to customers and in a timely manner

   • Helping customer complaints: Addressing customer complaints effectively and finding satisfactory solutions.

   • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and security regulation

9. Reporting and Administration:

   • Preparing sales reports: Preparing periodic sales reports and submitting them to management.

   • Recording store cash flow: Recording all store financial transactions and preparing financial reports.

What we’re looking for :

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in the consumer products industry

2. Communication: Able to communicate effectively with employees, customers, and superiors.

3. Problem-solving: Able to identify and resolve issues that arise in the store.

4. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

5. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

6. Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and act on performance metrics

7. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of operational excellence

8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders

9. Product knowledge: Willing to fast learn and understanding of the products sold in the store, including water purifiers and their features.

10. Sales skills: Having the ability to sell and persuade customers to purchase products through in-house sales, social media, e-commerce & live streaming.
