Full-time | B2B Manufacturing Industry

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead export sales and marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a result-driven professional with strong B2B experience in manufacturing and a passion for strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Target Achievement

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed local sales revenue targets

2. Customer Management

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Handle order follow-ups, inquiries, and after-sales service
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and promote offers

3. Business Development

Identify and explore new market segments
Acquire new customers to grow market presence

4. Marketing Strategy

Plan and execute effective marketing programs
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
Innovate marketing strategies to support business growth
Represent the company in relevant events and promotional programs

5. Internal Coordination

Work closely with PPIC for accurate production planning
Collaborate with QA and Product Development teams to meet client specifications

6. Reporting

Prepare regular reports on sales performance and marketing activities for management review

Requirements

Minimum Associate Degree (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major
At least 3 years of experience as export/international marketing in B2B manufacturing
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent market analysis and strategic thinking
Able to work independently and collaboratively
Willing to be based in Krian, Sidoarjo
