PT. Formulatrix Indonesia is a Hardware Division of Formulatrix, Inc. – USA (www.formulatrix.com), operational since August 2006. We are a profitable start-up company located in Salatiga-Central Java. We had a very dedicated team, with a supportive yet challenging working environment. We specialize in manufacturing high precision robotic systems for automation of drug discovery.

• Design and build special purpose machines from concept to completion.
• Evaluate ideas and designs for technical feasibility and cost-efficiency.
• Work hand-in-hand with electrical, automation, and software engineers to ensure everything works together smoothly.
• Support the machine after it’s up and running—troubleshoot and fine-tune as needed.
• Help manage project schedules, budgets, and coordinate with external vendors or suppliers.

• Previous industry experience on mechanical/mechatronics is appreciated, fresh grads are welcome.
• Has experience in mechanism design (motion analysis, kinematic concepts, machine elements)
• Has experience in manufacturing a mechanical instruments/robotic.
• Skilled in debugging issues in mechatronic systems.
• Accurate, attention to detail, tactful, and a fast learner are a must.
• Have superb creativity, logic, vision, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in Salatiga.

• Has experience in building special purpose machines / fully automated machines / high precision parts / heat exchange devices
• Has experience in injection plastic processes.
• Good knowledge of plastic materials and sheet metal.
• Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
