About the role

This position helps manage merchants in our WhatsApp community. Ensure that each merchant understands DOKU’s products and services, as well as any campaigns that have been organized and how to participate in them. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys organizing impactful programs (like student initiatives or campus events), and is confident in crafting messages that resonate with a wide audience.

What Will You Do:

• Reply to merchant chats on WhatsApp regarding the activation of DOKU’s products & services.

• Share educational material on DOKU’s products & services, as well as campaign information.

• Manage merchant journeys related to activation and campaigns to make them more efficient.

• Support education efforts through digital channels (e.g., WhatsApp, social media) to help merchants better understand DOKU’s services.

• Manage response data from any activity within the WhatsApp group (e.g., number of participants in a campaign, engagement with educational materials, etc.).

• Support the execution of simple merchant campaigns or programs to help boost their engagement.

What We Are Looking For:

• Fresh graduates or final-year students from all majors (preferably Business Management or Communications students.

• Ability to converse in English.

• Preferably have experience managing communities (college community or campus event experiences are acceptable).

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Having a passion for MSMEs and digital marketing growth.

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Creative and active.

• Reliable and a good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable with managing simple campaigns or programs to boost merchant engagement (analogous to organizing student events or initiatives in a university setting).

• Have a good sense of language and communication, ideally with copywriting experience or an interest in crafting engaging written content.

• Willing to work from the office (WFO) in Jakarta for 6 months and can join ASAP
