Position Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Flutter Developer / Senior Consultant specialising in digital transformation solution implementation, with expertise in Flutter (must have), AWS Serverless technologies, and web development. As part of our global team, you will collaborate with some of the brightest minds in IT and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile and web applications.

  • Work closely with the company’s CTO and clients’ technical leads to architect and implement cloud-native, Serverless solutions using AWS technologies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features.

  • Ensure best practices for performance, scalability, and security are adhered to.

  • Mentor junior consultants, participate in code reviews, and contribute to architectural discussions.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operation across different environments.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously improving your skills and incorporating new ideas.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role.

  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written, for effective communication in an international team environment.

  • Strong proficiency with Flutter, Dart, and mobile and web application development is a must.

  • Proficiency in Javascript, TypeScript and Node.js for back-end development is preferable.

  • Familiarity with AWS services such as Amplify, Lambda, CDK, API Gateway, EventBridge is advantageous.

  • Solid understanding of cloud native architecture, GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is preferred.

  • Proven experience with database design, ERD creation, and working with structured and unstructured data models.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevSecOps best practices.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture.

  • Understanding of Blockchain and Web3 decentralisation using Solana and Anchor framework.
