About the role

As a Building Maintenance Officer at PT Euroasiatic Jaya, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company’s facilities and buildings.

What you’ll be doing

• Conducting regular inspections of the building’s systems, structures, and equipment to identify and address any maintenance requirements

• Performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and general repairs

• Coordinating with external contractors and vendors to ensure any major works are completed to a high standard

• Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities and expenditures

• Responding promptly to any emergency or urgent maintenance requests

• Ensuring the building’s grounds and common areas are well-kept and presentable

• Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and procedures

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance

• Strong technical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve a variety of maintenance issues

• Good organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders

• A proactive and customer-oriented approach, with a commitment to providing high-quality service

• Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations and procedures
