What Will You Do

Currently, we are looking for someone who can fill the position of Education Consultant (Yogyakarta Based). In general, you need to work together with Growth Department in order to ensure the quality requirements will be fulfilled. Take a look at points below to understand more about this role:

• Evaluate prospective student’s placement test results to determine their language level,
• Discuss student’s goals, such as improving fluency, passing proficiency exams, or enhancing spesific skills (eg; speaking or writing)
• Recommend suitable courses based on level, schedule, and personal objectives, 
• Provide detailed information about course structures, duration, content, and fees
• Check in with students during and after their course to ensure satisfaction and address concerns, 
• Recommend further learning opportunities or advanced courses as appropriate, 
• Assist students in their learning
• Monitor students’s learning progress
• Student retention
• Participate in promotional events, webinars, or consultations to attract new students
• Maintain updated knowledge about the institutions programs and communicate their value to prospects

Requirements

In order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area. To make it easier, there are:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably in education, linguistics, communication, consulting, or related fields
• At least 1-2 years of work experience in education and educational product sales; experience in the language learning industry is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to understand prospective participants’s needs
• In-depth understanding of various language course programs (ESP, TOEFL Prediction)
• Ability to implement sales strategies, close deals, and demonstrate strong negotiation skills
• Proficient in using digital tools such as CRM, Zoom, and data management
