Role Summary

As an Associate Consultant at WidaTech, you will work closely with a high-performing and collaborative team to support clients by identifying and addressing their concerns, delivering tailored tech-based solutions through in-depth analysis of their needs. To thrive in this role, you’ll have to be eager to learn, be proactive and adaptable in your approach, as well as utilizing critical thinking to overcome complex challenges. Most importantly, you should be driven by a strong sense of purpose, to help clients transform the effectiveness and efficiency of their business operations by implementing our thoughtfully crafted strategies.

A. Responsibilities

Here are some of the role responsibilities working as an Associate Consultant at WidaTech:

Collaboration and project management

• Coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring targets are met within the set period and achieved accountable deliverables.

• Supported project management activities, including meeting scheduling, tracking, and documentation of the process.

• Oversee internal events, drive new initiatives, and provide comprehensive performance reports.

• Assist in developing sales materials, client proposals, and consulting pipeline to effectively communicate the value of our solutions.

Assess and support client’s business process through digital transformation

• Assist clients in streamlining and optimizing business operations by leveraging digital technologies.

• Enable clients to improve efficiency and effectiveness through tailored digital transformation strategies.

• Facilitate the adoption of digital tools and systems to modernize clients’ workflows and operations.

In-depth data analysis and trends benchmarking

• Analyse complex data and compare key metrics with industry benchmarks to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

• Leverage data analytics and trend comparisons to guide clients in achieving operational and strategic goals for their business transformation.

• Identify actionable insights through comprehensive data analysis and industry trend assessments.

Construct and develop a structured data report for client visualization

• Building presentation decks and deliverables using data visualization tools.

• Foster and facilitate transparent discussions with clients and team members when sharing insights and proposing next-step strategies.

Provide guidance and evaluation during the implementation stage

Perform well-rounded review, evaluation, and monitoring of the implemented digital systems.

B. Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

2. 1–3 Years of professional experience in Consulting, Business Development, or other relevant roles (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply).

3. Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) or other languages is a plus.

4. Valid passport and willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business arrangements.

5. Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking skills to develop strategic solutions tailored to client challenges.

6. Flexible and adaptable, capable of navigating sudden changes and shifts in project direction.

7. Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and personal growth.

8. Proficient in data visualization tools, presentation development (e.g., PowerPoint), and is confident in engaging with clients.

9. Demonstrated project management, organizational, and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.

10. Highly collaborative and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic team environments.

11. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong presentation and storytelling abilities.

12. Client-focused mindset, with a genuine commitment to understanding client needs, providing value-driven solutions, and building long-term relationships based on trust.
