About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Solution (Presales) Manager to join our dynamic team at PT Visionet Data Internasional. In this full-time role based in Tangerang Banten, you will play a vital part in driving our cybersecurity solutions and services, working closely with our sales and technical teams to deliver best-in-class security solutions to our clients.

What you’ll be doing

Engage with clients to understand their cybersecurity needs and requirements, and develop tailored solutions to address their pain points
Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and present comprehensive solution proposals
Provide technical expertise and support during the pre-sales process, including product demonstrations and proof-of-concept deployments
Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies and industry best practices
Work closely with the delivery team to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of cybersecurity solutions
Contribute to the development of marketing and sales collateral to effectively showcase our cybersecurity capabilities
Mentor and train junior members of the pre-sales team to develop their technical and consultative skills

What we’re looking for

Bachelor degree in Information Technology

8+ years of experience in a pre-sales or solution architect role, preferably in the cybersecurity domain
Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, endpoint protection, identity and access management, and cloud security
Strong technical expertise and the ability to translate complex security concepts into business-friendly solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven track record of successfully delivering pre-sales support and winning new business
Experience in managing and mentoring a team of pre-sales professionals
Relevant certifications in cybersecurity, such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM, would be an advantage
