What will you do

Lead business development, commercial and marketing activities

Develop pipeline with key customers & distributors

Manage positive and long-term business relationships with key customers & distributors

Develop contracting strategy

Support market studies and evaluation of potential channel partners

About you

Good understanding of business development and commercial

Leadership and collaborative skills

Good communication skills

Proven organization, and prioritization skills

Proven conceptual and analytical skills

Ability to work in multi-cultural environment

Managing external interfaces

Preferred qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.5

Ability to effectively communicate both verbal and writing in Bahasa Indonesia and English

3 – 5 years working experiences in plastic / chemical related field
