Telah dibuka lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Research and Development Manager di perusahaan PT Indo Porcelain untuk domisili Tangerang Regency & Banten serta sekitarnya.

Skill yang usaha kami inginkan adalah Manajemen – Departemen/Asisten (Ritel & Produk Konsumen) serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Ceramic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field.

  • Minimum of 7–10 years of hands-on experience in R&D, product development, or technical roles within the ceramics industry — specifically in tableware, wall tiles, or floor tiles.

  • Strong background in ceramic formulation, glaze development, color matching, and firing technology.

  • Deep knowledge of ceramic raw materials, slip casting, pressing, glazing, sintering, and finishing techniques.

  • Familiar with international standards and testing methods (e.g., ISO)

  • Proficiency in laboratory procedures, material testing, and analytical tools.

  • Capable of performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting production or quality issues.

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with Model Design, Production, QC/QA, and Sales team.
