The Role: Account Manager (Indonesia)

As an Account Manager, your primary goal is to convert qualified inbound leads into active clients. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping potential clients understand their regulatory obligations and build the right service package for their needs.

This is a consultative sales role, ideal for someone who understands B2B services and can confidently translate complex requirements into actionable service plans. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless handover from sales to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with qualified leads from global markets and understand their business needs

  • Propose tailored service packages based on Indonesia’s regulatory framework and client goals

  • Provide high-level regulatory guidance (non-legal) during the sales process

  • Build trust with stakeholders from startup founders to corporate executives

  • Collaborate with project teams to scope work and align timelines before onboarding

  • Follow up consistently and professionally to close deals

  • Meet monthly conversion and revenue targets

  • Maintain clean records in CRM and contribute to ongoing sales process improvements

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in consulting, business development, or account management, preferably in a professional services firm

  • Understanding of Indonesian company setup, compliance, or market entry is a big plus

  • Confident communicator in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written)

  • Ability to build trust and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders

  • Excellent follow-through and attention to detail

  • Familiarity with CRMs and managing a sales pipeline

  • Bonus: Experience selling to international clients or working in cross-border business environments
