Lowongan Kerja Bandung Posisi Corporate Legal Officer di PT Agate International

Responsibilities

• Draft, Review, and Negotiatie various commercial and technology-related agreements (e.g. publishing agreements, co-development agreements, IP Licensing, partnership agreements). 
• Provide legal advice on corporate actions, investments, mergers, and potential joint venture. 
• Support legal due diligence and documentation in fundraising or M&A activities. 
• Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations (both domestic and international). 
• Liaise with external legal counsel, government authorities, and business partners as needed. 
• Provide proactive legal risk management and strategic input on key business decisions. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university; a Master’s degree or international qualification is a plus. 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate legal role, preferably in a tech, digital, or creative industry. 
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts, IP law, and regulatory frameworks relevant to digital content and software. 
• Excellent drafting skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
• Familiarity with tech ecosystems is a strong advantage. 
• Passion or understanding of video games and digital entertainment is a plus.
