1. Legal & Regulatory Compliance

Ensure all operational activities comply with laws and regulations as well as telecommunication industry standards.
Monitor, analyze, and update management on regulatory changes (from KOMINFO, OSS, or other relevant ministries/agencies) and advise management accordingly.

2. Drafting & Reviewing Legal Documents

Draft, review, and amend partnership agreements (with vendors, service providers, telecom operators, and subcontractors).
Prepare legal documents such as MoUs, NDAs, land lease agreements, construction agreements, and other related contracts.
Provide legal advice during contract negotiations to ensure the company’s rights and obligations are well protected.

3. Dispute & Litigation Management

Handle legal dispute and litigation related to land, permits, or claims from vendors/partners.
Represent the company in negotiations, mediations, and legal proceedings.
Coordinate with external lawyers, notaries, and law firms for litigation and non-litigation cases.
Take preventive legal actions to ensure disputes do not disrupt project operations.

4. Licensing & Legal Documentation

Prepare, provide and manage of all licenses and permits for business and projects (e.g., land use permits, building permits, construction permits, Sea Work Permits, etc).
Prepare, provide and manage of all company licenses and permits (OSS documents, company deed, shareholders resolution, etc).
Maintain complete, updated, and compliant legal documentation for the company.

5. Legal Risk Management

Identify and assess all the potential legal risks in contracts with customer, vendor, supplier, goverment or the others party
Develop legal risk mitigation strategies for all telecommunication projects and company activities.
Recommend preventive solutions or corrective measures to minimize legal exposure.

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Law.
Must have an Advocate License (PERADI or others associations) recognized by the state.
Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in corporate legal and regulatory compliance.
Eligible to practice law and act on behalf of the company in court, including litigation and non-litigation matters.
Experience in telecommunication, infrastructure, or construction industries is highly preferred.
Proven experience in handling litigation and non-litigation cases as a team or individual
Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, labor law, and telecommunication regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
