Job Responsibilities

• Take charge of the overall visual style design and control for the Tiktok account. Formulate unique and attractive visual plans according to the account positioning and target audience, including but not limited to the design of elements such as video covers, title and end credits, subtitle special effects, etc., to ensure the content stands out visually and enhance the account’s recognition and user attention.

• Lead the shooting work of Tiktok videos, including pre-shooting scene setup, prop preparation, lighting arrangement, etc. According to the script requirements, use professional shooting techniques and equipment to capture high-quality pictures, ensuring that the video clarity, composition, and color meet the account’s visual standards.

• Participate in the post-production of videos. Use video editing software (such as Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Capcut etc.) to edit, color correct, dub, and add special effects to the shooting materials, making the video content smooth and the rhythm compact. At the same time, combine popular music, sound effects, and topic tags to enhance the fun and spread ability of the video.

• Pay attention to the popular trends and user preferences on the Tiktok platform, timely adjust the content shooting and design strategies, plan and execute creative shooting plans, and improve the video’s play count, like count, and fan conversion rate.

• Closely cooperate with the copywriting planning and operation teams, understand the content creativity and needs, ensure that the shot and designed content is highly consistent with the copywriting theme and operation objectives, and jointly promote the growth and development of the account.

• Manage and maintain shooting equipment and design software, regularly carry out equipment maintenance and updates, and ensure the smooth progress of shooting and design work.

Requirements

Professional Skills

• Have a solid foundation in photography and videography, proficiently master the operation skills of various shooting equipment (such as DSLR cameras, video cameras, drones, etc.), and be able to select appropriate equipment and shooting techniques according to different shooting scenarios and needs.

• Be proficient in at least one design software (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, AE, etc.), be able to independently complete the design work of video covers, posters, icons, etc., have good color matching and typesetting capabilities, and the design style conforms to the characteristics of the Tiktok platform and user aesthetics.

• Be familiar with the video editing process and techniques, be able to use editing software for efficient post-production, have certain special effects production and animation design capabilities, and be able to add unique visual effects to the video.

• Understand the algorithm mechanism and operation rules of the Tiktok platform, be able to optimize content shooting and design according to the platform characteristics, and improve the video’s exposure rate and interaction rate.

Experience and Ability

• Have more than 1 year of experience in content shooting and design on Tiktok or other short video platforms, and those with successful account operation cases are preferred.

• Have strong creative ability and aesthetic ability and be able to continuously put forward novel shooting and design ideas to meet the diverse needs of users.

• Have good communication skills and team cooperation spirit and be able to closely cooperate with team members to complete work tasks together.

• Have strong stress resistance and time management ability, be able to complete work tasks with high quality within the specified time and adapt to the fast update rhythm of the short video industry.
