The Input Operations CPS Country leader is responsible for end-to-end input execution and will serve as the single point of contact for their country. Their role is to ensure quality and timeliness of the CPS data collection in their country with the maximum of harmonization around best practices at the more profitable cost. Responsible for managing daily execution of panel in-field recruitment (F2F), installation, and maintenance tasks to meet sample performance metrics and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team to execute the panel management processes. Plan, organize, direct the field personnel activities to guarantee the information collection of households.
• Responsible for managing resources that recruit HHs, install HHs, monitor performance of HHs, demo updates.
• Deliver to Client Operations (Output teams) an input with high quality standard and in the defined timings by the production schedule.
• Guarantees Compliance with KPI’s through preventive and corrective actions with personel and households.
• Estimates costs and feasibility of new projects (New categories, surveys, panels, etc), aligned with the defined regional cost criteria and templates
• To keep staff up to date on policies and procedures ensuring that information/tools are available to perform tasks effectively.
• Forecasts headcount requirements for effective recruitment and maintenance of appropriate levels of employees to meet performance goals. 
• Monitors staff hiring, training and development
• Drives effectiveness and efficiency of field staff – establish high standards of performance and holds staff accountable for meeting those standards
• Closely engage with the Client Operations leader and report directly to the CPS Input Ops leader.
• Responsible on financials for her/his country: prepare OP and analyze monthly the expenses and variance against OP.
• Determine productivity initiatives for her/his country and execute the plan associated with them.
• Works in partnership with Commercial team at the local level to answer business’s priorities and clients commitments to support the revenue growth.
• Involve Data Science team when needed regarding methodological questions, client queries or project.
• Works through Global CPS IO leaders to converge processes, methods, and applications on optimized best practices.
• Oversees the management of company assets and liabilities including capital equipment, company leased vehicles, office equipment and supplies, and related utilities
• Notify Manager on findings and correct action implemented according to the NIQ Standards

• Proven leadership experience (recruitment, training, engagement, motivation, performance mgt)
• Ability to establish effective relationships and close collaboration with internal IO team and key stakeholders being Data Science, OPs team & Product Leadership
• Knowledge of E2E CPS processes preferred with strong understanding of panel management in DA and SO/IV processes
• Posses data analytical skills and ability to develop strategies to optimize panel management efficiency and reduce waste
• Basic financial acumen to preparare Operating Plan, report on monthly financials and identify and drive productivity initiatives
• Possess the necessary language skills to communicate with various stakeholders within the cluster and global/cross cluster (bi-lingual business English required)

Remote-hybrid based role, must be physically located within Indonesia and candidate must be a Country/Region Resident
