Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning

• Identify and leverage new content promotion trends to optimize customer reach and drive sales traffic.

• Oversee influencer marketing strategies, from identifying Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to negotiating partnerships and evaluating performance metrics.

Brand & Content Management

• Ensure the brand remains recognizable, relevant, and engaging to the target audience.

• Maintain consistency in branding across advertising, product design, and all marketing campaigns.

• Monitor industry and consumer trends to determine the most effective ways to promote content, enhance customer engagement, and drive increased traffic and sales.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

• Analyze marketing campaign performance, providing key recommendations for optimization and growth.

• Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI, working closely with product development and business development teams.

• Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and enhance customer acquisition efforts.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Supervise and mentor the marketing team to drive high performance and innovation.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product, business development, and creative teams, to align marketing objectives with business goals.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in content marketing or influencer marketing in the beauty industry

• Expertise: Strong understanding of KOL Management, content marketing, branding, and influencer marketing strategies in the beauty industry.

• Skills:

  • Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a must.

  • Strong market acumen with a keen eye on social and digital trends.

  • Proven ability to forecast and analyze marketing campaign performance.

  • Creative and strategic thinking, with a deep understanding of beauty and skincare trends.
