Pengalaman yang kami butuhkan ialah Pelayanan & Pengacara / Asisten Legal serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Selain itu untuk syarat yang PT kami butuhkan ialah setidaknya Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma) & Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 3.300.000 - Rp 4.500.000.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  1. Manage the calendars of our lawyer team, scheduling appointments or meetings and ensuring that all tasks and deadlines are met within the schedule;
  2. Schedule meetings and conference calls, including preparing the agendas and minutes of the meetings;
  3. Drafting correspondences, reports, and presentations to the external and internal parties as needed;
  4. Collaborate with other members of the lawyer team or management team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively;
  5. Handle all incoming/outgoing communications and emails, and respond to inquiries as appropriate;
  6. Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings and other general events, as well as organizing events and conferences including preparation, execution, and evaluation (post event);
  7. Manage expense reports and reimbursements for the lawyer team;
  8. Preparing & posting the legal insight publication weekly or monthly;
  9. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism;
  10. Organize and procure office stationery & office equipment;
  11. Manage the daily administration activity relate to both external and internal parties; and maintain regular communication and able to serve the Clients with respectable manners.

REQUIREMENTS :

  1. Candidates must be ≥ 23 years old;
  2. Having work experiences for ≥ 6 months to ≤ 1 years (experience in a law firm & legal industry is a plus);
  3. Candidates must have a good appearance;
  4. Holds minimum Diploma Degree of Secretary, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable university with GPA minimum of 3.00;
  5. Excellent spoken and written English skills;
  6. Computer literate, including an understanding of Microsoft Office (word, excel, PPT), and basic design applications (canva, adobe illustrator, etc.);
  7. Ability to work under pressure and in tight deadlines, good time management, and flexibility hours;
  8. Strong attention to detail in completing the task;
  9. Multi-tasking individual as well as a team player, and able to work from anywhere (WFA).
  10. Extremely well-organized and detail-oriented; and
  11. Candidate must have communication, organization, and administrative skills.
