What You Will Do:

  • Possess an understanding of Client business, organization and operation.

  • Develop relationship and manage communication with Client regularly in regional area

  • Interact daily with client to assure timely completion of projects

  • Manage the account project with external and internal clients in regional area

  • Follow up the updated information (clients and competitors) to support the business.

  • Manage any related specific document that related for the business process. 

  • Actively play a part in ensuring sales targets are reached

  • Able to provide weekly and monthly regional report

  • Assist the account manager duties

  • Assist Event & Promotion team activities in regional area

  • Placement in Kalimantan Area

What You Will Need:

  • At least 3-5 years of client support experience preferred (knowledge of telco business a plus)

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major

  • Strong computer, Internet and Excel skills 

  • Strong data analytics skills and the ability to work closely with the assigned various team.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Positive, can-do attitude, well-organized and extremely detail-oriented.

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric teamwork environment.

  • Good English oral and written

  • Have a knowledge about HSE

PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (SMN or the Company) was established in Kudus, Central Java in 2008. The main focus of SMN’ business is to invest in the operating companies who own and operate tower telecommunication sites and lease them to wireless communication companies.

Since 2008, SMN’s main investment is its ownership of 99.99% shares of PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo). As the Company’s business activities are conducted primarily through Protelindo, the description of SMN’ business will be focused on the assets and operations of Protelindo. Any references to “our”, “us”, “we” or “the Group” refer to SMN and Protelindo and its subsidiaries (iForte and Solusi Tunas Pratama) on a consolidated basis.
