Process Engineer is accountable for:

• Implement of Health, Safety and Environmental program in the Process and Control Engineers activity.

• Manage and review technical aspects which directly affect to coal processing, coal quality and production.

• Provide CHPP operational technical and production data to support operation team to run plant effectively and efficiently.

• Manage and conduct Metallurgical testing to ensure that the plant has a best performance.

Main Accountabilities:

• Maintain good safety performance within Process and Control Engineer activities.

• Follow toolbox talk every starting shift and safety talk once per week.

• Ensure all testing and sampling activities follow the Work Procedures or the JSEA correctly.

• Maintain and monitoring the quality of feed, product and discard to meet the expectation and target requirement.

• Ensure every process in the CHPP is operated according to process design and follow the guideline.

• Support the operation team with giving the assistance and instruction clearly to keep performance plant maximally.

• Develop and conduct sampling, testing and evaluating of the plant operation to develop and increase the plant performance.

• Supervise and manage process and control activities to provide safe and effective teamwork by motivating, empowering and gaining commitment to achieve project or department target.

• Maintain good teamwork with others section and others department to achieve company target.

• Manage technical aspects which directly affect to the coal quality and quantity to provide technical data for problem analysis.

• Coordinate with operational team and the other department related to plant operational and problem solving.

• Develop and conduct metallurgical balance and reconciliation to ensure the all data is synchronized and controlled.

• Analysis and evaluate problems on plant processing by checking the proses equipment, conduct specific test or analysis special sample to recommend the solution (troubleshooting) for operational team.

• Review and distribute information which directly effect to the process and production to operation team.

• Seeks opportunities to improve plant process and productivity.

• Absorb and implement of the new coal technology for plant improvement in the future if necessary.

Requirements:

• S1 degree in Metallurgical Engineering or Mining Engineer (Process).

• 5 years of experience in operation at Coal Washing Plant or Processing Plant.

• 3 years of experience as Metallurgist or Process Engineer in Processing Plant.

• Familiar with coal handling and coal processing.

• Good knowledge in metallurgical testing and plant development.

• Good safety performance and environmental awareness.

Work Challenges:

• Ability to communicate with another partner, direct supervisor to support operational activities.

• Identify of unsafe condition and unsafe action to eliminate potential hazard and risk in DMP area.

• Know the new coal technology to support the plant development.
