About the role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales professional to join our team at PT Secom Indonesia. As a Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the Karawang West Java region. This is a full-time position based in Karawang West Java.

What you’ll be doing

  • Meet the sales target.

  • Able to develop new opportunities in promoting and selling Security systems or equipment for building facilities such as CCTV, X-Ray, Fingerprint Machine, Face Recognition Machine, etc.

  • Identify and able to strategize how to win the projects (retail and corporate segment).

  • Build relationships with Customers for long term purposes.

  • Identifying customer needs to increase offers to related customers.

  • Mastering in product knowledge to make an offer for customers.

  • Make weekly visit reports based on market and sales information accurately.

  • Monitor the status of customer orders to avoid delays in delivery.

  • Having good after-sales communication with customers in order to increase customer’s trust and satisfaction.

  1. Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably within a similar industry

  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

  3. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a keen understanding of the sales process

  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals

  5. Proficient in using sales tools and technologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness

  6. Degree in a relevant field or equivalent sales/business development experience
