About the role

PT Multi Nitrotama Kimia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Affairs – External Relations Staff to join our team. This full-time position will be based in Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan and will play a crucial role in managing the company’s external communications and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective external communication to enhance the company’s brand and reputation.

• Capable to deal with disputes with external parties such as community organizations, government officers, environmental officials and others.

• Capable to manage the company’s CSR including in the process of communication and implementation.

• Experience in ESG (Environment, Social & Governance) implementation is an advantage

• Liaise with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and media outlets, to build and maintain strong relationships

• Coordinate and organise corporate events, public relations activities, and community engagement initiatives

• Support the management team in addressing sensitive issues and maintaining a positive public image

• Provide guidance and assistance to other departments on communication-related matters

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Management or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate affairs or external relations role, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector

• Proven track record in developing and implementing effective communication.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Interest in the mining, chemicals, or industrial sectors

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams

• Ability to use MS Office, analyse data

• Willing to work under pressure and target, have good attitude, fast learner, and fast adapting, high initiative

• Willing to be place at Handil, Muara Kembang, Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan
