Perusahaan kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi ASSISTANT MANAGER HRGA di perusahaan PT ANTILOPE MADJU PURI INDAH untuk daerah Jakarta Barat atau sekitarnya.
Skill yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Sumber Daya Manusia / HR serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

3. Routinely check and review the results of each section by holding daily / weekly meetings to carry out control, work evaluation and analysis that have been carried out so far and their needs for smooth building operations and improving service quality
4. Analyze training needs, prepare participants and evaluate participants by planning training programs for employees in order to improve skills and competencies through internal and external training
5. Selection of candidates for recruitment of new employees, recording and checking attendance, overtime, administrative activities, leave, etc
6. Responsible for a conducive, safe, peaceful situation in the PIFT environment
7. Evaluate parking including analysis of vehicle traffic, parking arrangements, vehicle security, traffic instructions, parking lots, etc. in order to provide optimal parking
8. Supervise, foster and regulate outsourced Security and Parking related to their responsibilities and enforce discipline so that the implementation of SOPs is in accordance with the plans made effectively and efficiently
9. Routinely conduct evaluations, analysis of outsourcing officers for business progress and service quality, namely Security and Parking
10. Hold regular and periodic meetings with outsourced involved in HRGA (Outsource Security and Parking) Section
11. Responsible for monitoring and managing permits with relevant agencies, namely provisions relating to building operational activities such as Electrical Installation Permits, Fire Installation Permits, Lift Permits, etc
12. Monitor cooperation contracts, namely validity period, application for extension, rental prices with third parties in cooperation with internet providers, signal boosters, renting places in common areas by tenants, etc
13. Responsible for all matters related to Building Management office household such as office equipment needs, general equipment, employee amenities, etc. Including monitoring and analysis of the use and presence of office inventory items
14. Responsible for procedures and systems for using shared facilities for office official needs as well as for employee needs, including maintenance and provision of necessary facilities such as photocopy machines, printers, office equipment, use of meeting rooms, etc
15. Conducting selection and review of contractor or third party work related to building facilities, making price comparisons of work, selection to issuance of SPK and overseeing the implementation of work in accordance with the specifications, schedule and payment methods listed in the SPK by always paying attention to the best quality and price from goods available in the market, and also pay attention to the time of completion / delivery of goods

PT Antilope Madju Puri Indah (AMPI), pengembang properti di Kawasan Puri Indah, Jakarta Barat, berencana membangun 28 high rise building di kawasan Central Business District (CBD) Puri Indah hingga 2025.
Total dana investasi yang dikeluarkan senilai Rp 28 triliun. Djoko Indarto, Senior Manager PT Antilope Madju Puri Indah, mengatakan dari 28 high rise building tersebut, terdiri dari sembilan gedung perkantoran, 15 tower apartemen, dan dua tower hotel.
Ada dua proyek yang saat ini sedang dalam tahap konstruksi yakni proyek Apartemen Windsor dan proyek perkantoran Puri Indah Financial Tower.
