Job Description

• Handle daily sales transactions and cash collections by ensuring all sales are recorded accurately and payments are received on time.

• Support logistics operations by ensuring deliveries, returns, and stock transfers are properly documented and aligned with warehouse and sales activities.

• Ensure compliance and internal controls by adhering to SOPs, organizing financial documents, and reporting any system or administrative issues.

• Assist sales administration by reviewing promo approvals, updating pricing, and ensuring all customer orders and discounts are documented according to policy.

• Monitor inventory by tracking stock movements, supporting physical stock counts, and identifying aging or slow-moving items.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of admin staff in DC to ensure accurate documentation, smooth operational support, and compliance with standard procedures.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

• 1–2 years of experience in a finance-related role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems (SAP is a plus).

• Detail-oriented and skilled in cross-functional coordination.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and guide administrative staff effectively.
