Job Description :

  • Have a professional and result-oriented attitude to supervise and evaluate team operations in the Purchasing Department.

  • Have strict adherence to procedures.

  • Able to improve operational efficiency, and align processes with company goals.

  • Strong expertise in vendor and supplier development.

  • Able to utilize a structured audit system to maintain high standards and ensure a reliable supply chain.

  • Focused on team empowerment,.

  • Proactively monitor performance, provide constructive feedback, and support team growth and consistently drive target achievement.

Job Requirement :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).

  • Proven experience in Mechanical, Repair, and Operations (MRO) Purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

  • Hands-on experience in import purchasing and familiarity with relevant regulations and documentation.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (preferably SAP).

  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to solve problems and improve processes.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  • Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java.

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
