Segera dibutuhkan. lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Construction Manager di tempat usaha PT IndoTech Karya Mandiri untuk daerah Bali atau sekitarnya.

Skill yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah Manajemen Proyek (Konstruksi) serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki syarat yang spesifik terhadap pelamar sehingga kamu dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Responsibilities :

  • Especially responsible for execution and successful completion of projects from technical wise.

  • Ensure all works are done in accordance with drawings and specifications.

  • Coordinate and liaise with clients, architects, consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers.

  • Deliver construction progress on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.

  • Management for project schedule, project progress especially technical wise.

  • Proficient in project skill training for the project team

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil)

  • Must be able to speak English actively, passive is NOT accepted. Mandarin is an advantage

  • Required skill(s): possess effective skills and knowledge in reading building plan, site monitoring, ability to oversee the entire process and knowledgeable in project management, excellent communication and proficient in AutoCAD, ms office and ms project, Proven track record in project management of construction projects

  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the steel structure, civil installation and infrastructure

  • Good technical of steel structure production in the workshop

  • Minimum managed one project design of steel structure and civil

  • Strong ability to work efficiently under great pressure.

  • Preferably Manager specializing in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent

  • Willing to work at Bali & across Indonesia
