Job Description:

• Support Head of LC-HSE Department & SSE Division Head on strategy to achieve company objective
• Ensure risk management are carried out and able to foresee the possibility of a risk occurring and nipping it in the bud
• Ability to lead a team of people effectively and act equally as a team member
• Establish and promote maintenance of safe and healthy working conditions in a business through formulating general safety, fire prevention and health policies and measures
• Investigate accidents, prepare and maintain required reports. Identify countermeasure to prevent reoccurrence case
• Maintain, review and report HSE performance, identifying opportunities for improvement along with implementing preventative and corrective actions as required
• Liaise with stakeholders and management to ensure deliverability of health & safety program.
• Coordinate ongoing training for safety and environmental awareness at all levels of the workforce and regularly verify that tasks are correctly executed
• Ensure the business is legally compliance with all relevant regulation and standards
• Conduct internal audit & inspection, responsible to ensure non-conformity from external audit closed.
• Suggest solutions, improvements and prevention steps for safety issues

Job Requirements:

• Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill both English and Bahasa
• A good communication with effective stakeholders’ management and conflict resolution skill
• Ability to strict to time constrains and manage the execution
• Ability to provide detailed reports and develop safety procedures
• Ability to handle pressure effectively and efficiently and keep working schedules.
• Having a minimum working experience 8 years on HSE implementation in similar or relevant organization
• Education background min S-1 in Occupational Health & Safety/Environmental Engineering/Law and others relevant major
• Having certificate of IMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 5001, etc.), AK3 Umum
• Certified in risk management is a plus
