Perusahaan kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Head of Talent Acquisition & Talent Management (Head HC Support) di tempat usaha Hanwha Life Insurance Indonesia untuk domisili Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Adapun persyaratan yang PT kami butuhkan adalah minimum Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Menurut dari ketentuan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Walaupun begitu semua dapat berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

Hanwha Life Insurance, a most rapid growth Korea Life Insurance in Indonesia is now looking for Head of Talent Acquisition & Talent Management (Head H Support) with Manager level. The position requires the talent to posses requirement as follows :

1. Establish a success-driven, company-wide recruiting process that will attract top talent to our Insurance Company (additionally by updating current and designing new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding procedures, review the recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs, etc).

2. Manage job-posting for new job openings both internally and with public advertising on job boards and social media (Research and choose job advertising options and improving new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting, etc)).

Supervising the recruiting team and reporting on its performance also the keeping up to date on the monitoring (such as to keeping track of the recruiting metrics (e.g. time to fill and cost per hire).

3. Review the resume submissions and make sure the most promising candidates are flagged for considerations and in also managing sourcing, screening, evaluating and interviewing, additional skill testing as needed, also the employment process as well in doing the communication on all offers of employment and denial to job candidate (and job user) in a timely and professional manner.

4. Coordinate with departments, divisions in charge to forecast future hiring needs and having strong ability to write and edit clear, engaging job description for talent mapping.

Identifies and incorporates best practices and lessons learned into program plans and also to designs and develops HC training roadmap for all staffs so can enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.

5. Managing the implementation of change initiatives to ensure they are carried out effectively and to evaluates the employee performance and providing feedback to improving the skills and performance also to develop the strategic plans for improving the employee engagement and also to implement best practices in human capital, talent acquisition, organization development and organizational culture to meet the Company’s goal.

6. Build the company’s professional network through relationship with HC Professionals, colleague and other partners.

7. Actively and support the tasks given from Director and Chief Compliance & Culture Officer in relation to HC new initiatives (such as Hanwha Development Program, Events and other programs)

Requirements:

1. Bachelor (S1) or Master Degree (S2) in Organization Psychology, Human Resources Management and Business Administration or related field.

2. 3 years of recruiting experience in Insurance Industry preferred.

3. Proven work experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Recruiting Coordinator and OD Specialist.

3. Posses Excellent oral and written English and Mandarin communication skills to be able to create a compelling narrative and sell the employee value proposition.

4. Having the knowledge with Applicant Tracking System and HCIS.

5. Knowledge in labor legislation.

6. Interviewing skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills.

7. Strong networking skills and the ability to identify highly-skilled talent during the recruitment process.
