About the role

Stilt Studios’ is seeking a talented Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in Bali. This full-time role is responsible for driving the sales of our premium residential properties, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our company.

What you’ll be doing

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and matching them with suitable properties
  • Expertly guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial viewings to finalising transactions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
  • Actively participate in marketing and promotional activities to showcase our properties and generate new leads
  • Collaborate with the wider team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall strategic objectives
  • Maintain comprehensive records and provide regular updates on sales activities and pipeline

    • What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of successful experience in residential sales, preferably within the real estate industry
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex situations efficiently
  • Proficient in using relevant real estate software and digital tools
  • A passion for the real estate industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian is highly desirable
