Perusahaan kami telah merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem untuk posisi Sales Manager – Personal Care di perusahaan PT Behn Meyer Chemicals untuk daerah Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Skill yang kita butuhkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan Ritel serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki syarat yang spesifik terhadap pelamar sehingga kamu bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup bersaing menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Walaupun begitu semua bisa berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

Constructively handle and supervise marketing and sales activities which include the growth and gross profit of the assigned product portfolio or territory.
Ensure the realisation of goals together with superiors.
Search for new agencies/distributorships to build on current businesses.
Suggest R&D projects that could help with product development and positioning of the Business Unit.
Maintain customers’ confidence in the good reputation of Behn Meyer and its products and services.
Manage performance by developing and implementing targeted personnel performance management measures, including constant and efficient performance reviews, giving feedback, coaching, and counselling.
Drive excellence by providing leadership in the attainment of goals.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering or any related field.
At least 5 years of working experience in the same role for the Skincare, Home Care, Personal Care, or raw chemicals industry.
Required skill(s): work well in a team, service-minded, good interpersonal skill, decisive, good at building partnerships with principals and willing to learn.
Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Must possess a valid driving licence and be willing to travel.
