As HRBP Lead, you are responsible to drives implementation and coordination of effective HR practices (e.g. recruiting, people development, compensation & benefits implementation, organizational development and change) in Business Units with close cooperation with respective HR expert team.

Job Responsibility:

1.      Analyze current and future business needs and recommend new initiatives and processes to ensure continuous improvements in team’s objectives, productivity and development.

2.      Implement HR policies, services and programs for the respective business.

3.      Work alongside business Heads and Leaders in day to day people matters, including doing medium and long-term Manpower Planning and recruiment plan to support business expansion, career planning, talent management, employee relations and other strategic development.

4.      Identify High-Potential individuals, propose and implement an effective Development Plan (including learning program, coaching, mentoring), maintain a Succession Plan that is able to support the business needs timely as well as provide a workforce that is agile enough to support new business expansion.

5.      Define HR action plans based on business requirements; coaching managers to enable them to take actions in creating and maintaining a successful, engaging, healthy and safe environment within their perimeter; ensuring HR proximity to the employees by taking appropriate measures

6.      Regularly review and propose improvements to business processes and organisation structure to achieve organisational efficiency.

7.      Provide career advice to employees and help them develop and grow within the organization.

8.      In coordination with IR, review and resolve Legal/Industrial Relations Issues, to comply with company regulations and Indonesia Labor Law. Do an effective, thorough and objective investigations for the encountered HR related matters, and propose solution with action plan.

9.      In coordination with POGS in order to solve any issue/problem in business which relate to HR and require HR expertise, initiative, and services.

10.  Do all the task that has been assigned by the supervisor

11.  Provide regular report

12.  Ensure that all activities align with the standard operational procedure
