Qualifications

1. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent, but a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related fields is advantageous.
2. Experience: Previous experience in guest relations, butler services, or luxury hospitality roles is essential, demonstrating a track record of providing personalized and exceptional service.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with guests and convey information accurately.
