Perusahaan kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak/temporer untuk posisi LEGAL PERMIT ASST.MANAGER - MANADO di tempat usaha AKR Land Development untuk daerah Manado & Sulawesi Utara atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kami inginkan ialah Hukum Perdata & Pidana (Hukum) serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

PT ini tidak memiliki kualifikasi yang tersendiri terhadap pelamar pekerjaan sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Responsibilities :

Assure all the permit and licenses are valid, comply with regulation and manage in the most efficient way in order to gain positive value to the company.
Ensure the land asset of the company should be extended prior to its expiry date.
Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority.) creating relations of trust and mutual relationship.
Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
To ensure all company license are up to date and handling renewal of the license; including land permit and related permit.
Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces
Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legal and permit matters.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree majoring Law with minimum GPA 3.00, master’s degree would be an advantage.
At least minimum 10 years of working experience as Legal Real Estate/Property or related field.
Strong Legal Permit
Able to use AutoCAD
Can use land management system application (LMS)
Fluent in English
Able to create good relation with government, notary, lawyer, and third party on mutual basis
Good communication and negotiation skill
