We will hire 4 employees as Host Livestreaming (2 employees for morning shift dan 2 employees for evening shift)

Qualification :

Female or male, aged 19–30 years old.
Confident on camera, communicative, and expressive.
Well-groomed, attractive appearance, and energetic presence.
Strong public speaking and selling skills.
Minimum 3 months of experience as a live host on TikTok or Shopee Live is a plus.
Familiar with basic features of TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and sales closing techniques.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Able to work with targets and respond quickly during live sessions.
Target-oriented and hardworking.

Job Descriptions :

Host livestream sessions professionally and engagingly according to the morning/evening schedule.
Introduce and explain product benefits to the audience in an interactive manner.
Answer audience questions in real-time during the live session.
Encourage viewers to make purchases during the live (using both hard selling & soft selling techniques).
Coordinate with the content and marketing team regarding the live rundown and ongoing promotions.
Create daily reports on views, duration, interaction, and number of products sold.
Maintain brand-aligned visual appearance (neat look, polite speech, and matching brand tone).
- Morning Shift :
  - Focus on product education and light, informative live sessions.
  - Engage with audiences casually scrolling during the morning.
  Evening Shift :
  - Focus on sales push and flash sales.
  - Deliver sessions with higher energy, more interactivity, and enthusiasm due to peak traffic.
